Grass-fed beef is used from Western America’s vast plains, selected breeds with records of superior marbling patterns. This premium grade short rib goes through wet aging process. The marbling resembles a blossom of a flower and contains high amount of amino acids. The U.S. Short Rib at Dookupsam offers the taste even superior to hanwoo, along with smoother and rich flavors accompanied by astonishing aroma.
